We have been striving behind the scenes for long enough. We are close to releasing a large update that will benefit all. While we have been making small incremental updates we have not have any large features warenting a release note. That changes today with the release of the Dashboard. This dashboard will help identify what your business is handling through GAIL and what types of calls it handles and how much value GAIL provides. We hope this better connects each organization to their data better and gives better insights. This is just the first step to having GAIL be able to give more insights into your data and how GAIL is performing for you.
Keep in mind the legends are interactive and you can hide and show data as you wish.
You should now see this dashboard when you log in but you can also get to it via the logo at the top right.
Above you can see a sample of what the dashboard provides. We will be looking at what more we can add to give actionable insights in the coming months. If there are recommendations we are always listening!
