Ability to Suspend, Toggle, or Hide "Use Case"

The ability to suspend, Toggle, or hide a use case would allow users to determine its impact on the call flow without completely removing/deleting it. This way, we can simply reinstate or unhide the use case if we do not obtain the desired outcome.

This is now in progress with a large update coming soon. Internal testing shows this is working well and we should be able to release this in early November.

I completely agree! We have in the works an overhaul to Use Cases to include toggle on and off (similar to transfer hub), a new library of use cases (with search), and smart setup will use this new library to suggest use cases for those new customers onboarding (current customers can use Review Handbook and it will use the library as well to give insights).

It is a large update and we want to make sure we get it right so this may take a while as we work through other priorities.

I second this I was just about to request this feature. If we could have a function thats similar to the enable and disable button in the Transfer Hub, so that test calling would be easier, that would be amazing!
