I use Gail to handle all our inbound calls, but I will frequently audit the inbound calls to make sure calls are working as I want and theres no actionable items we missed. This would give me the ability to keep track of which ones I've listened to, delete hangups or fax machines, etc.

Stephen Weessies, is there plans to update the interface and allow for "One Click" to Flag or mark calls as Reviewed in the call summary or directly in the call screen? Currently, you must actually go into the call summary and then click on the update and toggle a button to change the Flag or Review indication. Having the ability to simply click on the indicator and have it change would enhance the user experience (or do we need another feedback item?).

dgiem@paradoxinsurance.com: don't need another feedback item, I can add to it even after things are complete. What I care more about is getting all the feedback you all have. I love making GAIL work better and better for all of you!
The one drawback to one-click is that in testing we had some people accidentally click on these. At least for right now I can make it confirm although I might look into double-click which would indicate more of an intention versus an accident.

dgiem@paradoxinsurance.com: I've been playing around with it and I feel like single clicks will work well. they are small so the likelihood they get accidentally clicked is pretty small. Thanks for the great feedback! I will be pushing this update shortly, keep an eye out for the release note update.

We do not have plans to allow delete for several reasons, but we will be planning on having filters that will allow you to not show those calls that have been reviewed for instance.
