Automatic Call Termination (End call if no response after X min)

I would like to see the ability to have a call terminate or end after X amount of time passes from the "closing point." For example, "Have a nice day!" The system call currently remains active until the other party hangs up or terminates the call. Being able to set the system to auto-disconnect after 20 seconds (or x seconds) would provide a better end user experience.

We have stabilized the call termination. If caller has not responded twice to GAIL after 20 seconds we end the call. We will still end the call when the conversation is "complete". putting quotes on that as we continuously train GAIL to know when a conversation is complete

This is something we are working on still. The way calls are handled outside of our scope sometimes fail to update the status of the call. We are working to limit this as much as possible.
