Feature Request: Separate Email Notifications by Call with Client Name and Request in Subject Line

Currently, email notifications from AgencyZoom consolidate multiple call updates into a single thread, making it challenging to distinguish individual client interactions at a glance. By separating each call into its own email notification and including the client’s name and request type in the subject line, agents could better manage and track interactions, ensuring that each client’s needs are prioritized and responded to efficiently.
Example:
In the existing setup, when multiple calls are made to various clients, AgencyZoom sends a single email with all call notifications in one thread. For example, if calls were made to John Doe for auto insurance and Jane Smith for health insurance, both updates would appear within a single notification email. This setup makes it difficult for agents to quickly identify and respond to each client’s request, as they have to open the email and read through multiple notifications to locate specific details.
Proposed Solution:
Send a separate email notification for each client call, with the subject line clearly indicating the client’s name and the type of request. For instance, the subject line could read: “Notification: Call with John Doe – Auto Insurance Inquiry.” This structure would allow agents to organize their inbox by client and request type, enhancing response efficiency and ensuring that each client interaction is documented and accessible in a clear, organized manner.

It would be nice to include the caller's phone number on the email notification in addition to the transcript summary.
