Original TItle: Cuando Gail transfiere llamada a los operadores
Como saber que estoy recibiendo una llamada transferida desde Gail, ya que mi identificador me muestra el numero del cliente y el mio al cual me están transfiriendo?, adicionalmente para poder ver los datos que ya obtuvo Gail debo entrar a mirar la llamada pero no todos los usuarios tienen acceso a Gail, es posible que nos de un resumen ya sea que nos mande un mail, texto o notificacion de alguna manera con estos datos recolectados? . (Ejemplo> Cliente Pedro Perez teléfono xxx, desea realizar pago en linea de la compañia XX )

While we are starting to plan for Warm Transfers we do want to make sure you are all aware of a URL that can help to find the most recent call, this is super good to have in your dialing software as it can give you this link formated.

Make sure to replace the ISO standard phone number here with the phone number that is calling in (via integration with a dialer they should have the ISO phone number.
Of course the UI also has a link to this on the calls page with the "Find Recent Call" button on the top

We call this a smart warm transfer. That means that GAIL would make sure the person we want to transfer to is available and informed before we transfer. It is a difficult problem but we are working towards that once we get transfers to be completely reliable.
