Original TItle: When Gail transfers calls to operators
How do I know that I am receiving a call transferred from Gail, since my identifier shows me the number of the customer and mine to which I am being transferred? , in addition to being able to see the data that Gail has already obtained I must log in to look at the call but not all users have access to Gail, is it possible that you give us a summary whether you send us an email, text or notification in some way with these collected data? . (Example > Customer Pedro Perez phone xxx, wants to make online payment from company XX)

While we are starting to plan for Warm Transfers we do want to make sure you are all aware of a URL that can help to find the most recent call, this is super good to have in your dialing software as it can give you this link formated.
Make sure to replace the ISO standard phone number here with the phone number that is calling in (via integration with a dialer they should have the ISO phone number.
Of course the UI also has a link to this on the calls page with the "Find Recent Call" button on the top

We call this a smart warm transfer. That means that GAIL would make sure the person we want to transfer to is available and informed before we transfer. It is a difficult problem but we are working towards that once we get transfers to be completely reliable.
