Transfers without Verbal Confirmation

At the moment, if a caller is told by GAIL that they will be transferred, if the caller does not state "Okay", "Sure", or any other form of verbal confirmation then GAIL will not transfer the call and continue to repeat itself. I've tested this multiple times and when there is acknowledgment or confirmation it transfers smoothly but it's choppy if the caller stays quiet. Can GAIL be instructed to transfer regardless of confirmation?
Example:
GAIL: Okay, let me transfer you to the company for fast payment processing
Caller: (Silence)
*Transfer Occurs

I prefer the confirmation and would suggest this feature to be optional if moved forward. A preferred solution would be to have "GAIL" ask if the caller would like to be transferred in the event of silence. It would be more conversational thank assumptive and robotic.
