Allow different greeting based on time of day ie. during business hours "Thank you for calling XYZ Insurance, all of our agents are currently assisting other clients, this is Gail may I ask who is calling?" and an after hours greeting option "Thank you for calling....., our office is currently closed, this is Gail..."
